I along with my three batch-mates Shivam Kapur, Amisha and Kshitiz Garg came up with this project, we did the analysis on Juypter Notebook in September, 2021 and according to our analysis we came with these conclusions:
According to our analysis, 13.55 % of our country's population has been fully vaccinated and around 2.41 % of our population has already been affected by Covid-19. Hence, we can say that around 16% of our country's population is already immune to the deadly coronavirus.
Now, to be fully immunized against COVID-19, India has to achieve Herd Immunity as soon as
possible. Herd Immunity can be achieved once we are able to safeguard around 60 % of our country's population.
According to our predictive analysis which we have done in this project, we shall be able to achieve that 60 % mark by Mid-January 2022.
There has been a lot of buzz going around to re-open schools and colleges, but we believe that this decision should not be rushed and should be thought properly.
